1. Where do you ship to?
We currently offer free shipping exclusively within Germany. We aim to make shopping as easy as possible for our local customers.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is processed (1-3 business days), it will be shipped and should arrive within 4-7 business days. The total delivery time typically ranges from 5-10 business days.
3. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders, so you won't have to pay for delivery no matter the order size or value!
4. What is your order cut-off time?
Our order cut-off time is at 5:00 PM each business day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes! After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. However, if you need to change your delivery address or have any issues, please contact us as soon as possible at support@maisongerm.com, and we’ll try to help!
7. How can I return or exchange an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are unworn and in their original condition. Contact us at support@maisongerm.com to initiate a return.
8. Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are always looking to improve our offerings, so stay tuned for future updates!
